📦 Return Window
Customers have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be approved.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unused

In original condition and packaging

With all tags attached

Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
All returns and exchanges require prior written approval from Benevolent Elephant Clothing & Apparel.
🔁 Undamaged Returns & Exchanges

Only undamaged items that meet the eligibility requirements may be considered for return or exchange.

Exchanges are processed only after the approved return item is received and inspected.

Exchange processing times may vary due to multi-warehouse fulfillment locations.

Upon approval, a return shipping label will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.

A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from any issued store credit or refund, where applicable.
💵 Refunds & Store Credit

Store credit is issued for all approved undamaged returns.

Refunds to the original payment method are issued only for items that arrive:

Defective

Incorrect

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
🛠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Description of the issue

Clear photographic evidence

Once approved:

A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed

The label will include the appropriate return location, which may differ from undamaged returns

Approved damaged or incorrect returns incur no shipping cost to the customer
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

Normal variations in print placement, fabric texture, or color tone

Items returned without prior approval
🌍 European Union (EU) Customers
If your order is shipped to an EU member state, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be:

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
